Die Welt sucht und sie sucht mit Google. heise.de berichtet unter Berufung auf eine Pressemitteilung von Comscore, dass von 61 Milliarden Suchanfragen im August diesen Jahres 37 Milliarden über Google-Seiten liefen. Dieser hohe Anteil überrascht nicht. Überraschend hingegen die Verteilung zwischen den Google-Portalen:
Sechs der 37 Milliarden Suchanfragen liefen über Youtube. Youtube allein ist damit auf Platz drei hinter Yahoo! mit 8,5 Milliarden Anfragen und vor baidu.com, einer chinesischen Suchmaschine, mit 3,3 Milliarden Anfragen.
